Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued to the same payment method you used at checkout (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, GroovePay, or other processors we may use).
• Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear in your account.

Continued Access

We want to be clear about how refunds and cancellations affect your access:

One-Time Purchases (Courses, Digital Programs, Templates, etc.)

If you request a refund, your access to the purchased course, portal, or online content will end once your refund is processed.

Downloaded materials are yours to keep as our thank-you gift. Refunds: If you request a refund for your most recent payment, your membership access will end immediately when the refund is processed. Since your payment has been returned, you will no longer have access to that billing period.
Cancellations (No Refund): If you simply cancel your subscription without requesting a refund, you’ll continue to have access until the end of your already-paid billing cycle. Your subscription will not renew after that.Exceptions
