You are welcome (but never obligated) to share your reason for requesting a refund. Your feedback helps us improve our programs and services for others in the future, but your refund will always be honored with no questions asked.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued to the same payment method you used at checkout (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, GroovePay, or other processors we may use).
• Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear in your account.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Continued Access

We want to be clear about how refunds and cancellations affect your access:

One-Time Purchases (Courses, Digital Programs, Templates, etc.)

• If you request a refund, your access to the purchased course, portal, or online content will end once your refund is processed.
• Downloaded materials are yours to keep as our thank-you gift. Even if the product wasn’t the perfect fit for you, we hope you enjoy the downloads, use them, and if they bring you value, please feel free to share your positive experience with others.

Recurring Memberships (Monthly or Annual Subscriptions)

• Refunds: If you request a refund for your most recent payment, your membership access will end immediately when the refund is processed. Since your payment has been returned, you will no longer have access to that billing period.
• Cancellations (No Refund): If you simply cancel your subscription without requesting a refund, you’ll continue to have access until the end of your already-paid billing cycle. Your subscription will not renew after that.

Exceptions

Occasionally, special promotions, bundles, or programs may have modified refund terms. If that’s ever the case, the specific terms will be clearly stated at the point of purchase and will override this general policy.
